Puealla Magi Madoka Magica is the best one I've watched. Yosuga no Sora is my another favorite serie.

 

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni. Quite splendid.

 

Best - Code Geass 2nd season and all Hayao Miyadzaki films (spirited away, totoro and etc.)
Worst - Naruto, lucky star.

Deadman wonderland was a decent watch, but I wouldn't go so far as to put it as best, so much stuff rates higher.

If anyone is into super hero type anime, or even just super hero stuff in general, Tiger & Bunny is a great take on the genre,
