Buying new headset - need help

    I'm looking for a good all-round headset, with an above average microphone. I have no preference on brands or whatever. My budget is around £100. Thanks :downs:

    You should look at getting a pair of headphones and a mic, headsets tend to not be great quality. Consider something like Superlux HD668b or 681 Evo (the more comfortable choice) paired with a ModMic, a shitty clip-on mic like the Zalman, or a desk mic. Depending on how decent your motherboard is, look into getting a cheap sound card like the Xonar DGX - if you have bad onboard sound, this will help your mic pickup in particular.

    If you really want a headset, the HyperX Cloud 2 (rebranded QPAD QH-90) is very popular and actually seems to be decent (never had one, can't comment).
