Hextech Crafting

So, now that hextech crafting is live, everyone should've gotten a free premium chest which contains 1 skin shard, 1 ward shard and 800 orange essence.

What did everyone get from their free chest?

Hextech crafting is an alternative way of obtaining champions/champion skins/ward skins/summoner icons.
In every chest you have a chance of obtaining any of the following:
1 Champion shard
1 Champion skin shard
1 Ward skin shard
1 Summoner icon.

As a bonus there is also a chance of unlocking additional loot in the form of:
1 bonus ward skin shard
1 bonus summoner icon
X amount of blue/orange essence
1 purple essence.

All these different shards can be crafted into the real thing. Blue essence is used for creating champions and orange essence is used for the cosmetic shards (skins and wards). If you craft one of these shards it will unlock whatever is depicted on the shard, permanently.
You can also use any 3 shards of the same class to reroll and craft a random permanent item.
Example: i use a draven champion shard, nidalee champion shard and sion champion shard. these shards will be used and combined to craft and unlock rengar. which will be added to my inventory and ready for me to play.

You can also use any shard to unlock its content for 7 days. The shard will be gone and its content will disappear after the timer is up. This is pretty much a waste as you can look up whatever it is on youtube and see how it looks/plays.

The purple essence can be used to reroll a chest as it allows you to buy 1 chest and 1 key. You can also save them up and craft Hextech Annie with 10 of them.

Chests and keys cost 125 rp each but ofcourse there are bundles.
1 chest + key for 195 Rp.
5 chests + keys (+ bonus orange essence) for 975 Rp
10 chests + keys (+ 1 bonush chest and key) for 1950 Rp

You can also find up to 4 chests and keys each month for getting an S rank in a match. Per champion you can only find 1 item each season. So the more champions you own and play, the more free chests/keys you can get.
