Welcome to hell.. ish. After finding that Hunger Games place, the thought of trying to emulate that, isn't really going to happen. It is well done. Saying that, decided to try and get Wastelands up and running again. Today I had very good success with the terrain generator today. Got the map to generate how I like it. Things changed/improved since the last incarnation Trees are less common Redstone torches are scattered on the surface Land is on fire Surface is mainly soul sand, with sand if you happen to go into a desert biome. Caves are more common, so you should have a little bit of more fun killing/claiming mobspawners. Felt this was one of the things missing from the original wastelands. Cobblestone is less common Mobs are more.. pestersome. Any suggestions to make it better better, just say so. IP: mc.gamingmasters.org:25567 Dynamic Map: Nope.
It's not been looked at in months. Plugins need updating, fairly sure terrain generator needs fixing again.... At the moment we're not looking to ressurect it I don't think unless there's demand. At the moment we got normal MC (which is about to get a new update), we have Hexxit which people are playing... we don't need another server right now. But if things get boring we might bring it back.
(Just ignore what Rioter said) I would love to ressurect it and plenty of people wanted it back up. I was working on it a lot, however, as I said here, it is suffering disastrous map generation problems. While the people behind the terrain control mod started talk about fixing the bug(s) causing it, there has been no further talk or updates to do with it.
Oh yeah I remember reading that! It's a shame you can't use a different mod, but hopefully it will be fixed soon ^_^
