[TF2] Hall of Fame

With stats being reset every fiscal quarter it has been decided that a Hall Of Fame would be a nice addition to the statistics system.

At the end of every Fiscal Quarter Hlstats will be reset. A few hours before the reset commences a script (coded by Dark.) will be run, it will generate a page will look and function similarly to this: Clicky.

Each player in the top 10 will be rewarded a large prominent ribbon on their stats page, each player mentioned on the page will receive a smaller but still prominent ribbon on their stats page.

Question, thoughts and opinions are welcome.

Ok but that GFL page is quite messy. Needs more organisation but the idea is ok

All the snipers on Balloon Race take the piss. I like roasting them with the backburner and using their own sniper rifle as a spit.
