I'm not too sure what tier that effect fits in so i'm not 100% sure about this.
Personally, i'd value that offer at 3.5 buds but looking at what other owners of such unusuals want for theirs i think you could get about 5 buds as an average price.
Looking at the amount of time you've had that trade up and when you got your last offer i'd probably take it.
