Unfortunately we don't run reserved slots on our servers as we have built up a large user base in our TF2 servers who originally came to GM because we didn't offer reserved slots. - When I first became a manager I tried to implement reserved slots on our servers and got publicly crucified by the rest of the clan, happy days.

Also, Reserved slots actually detract from the amount of slots (in BC2) the server has. So they are a waste of space if the person who owns the slot does not use it. - For Example: Server has 32 slots, I add 10 people with a reserved slots, server has 22 slots when no reserved slot players are on and those 10 slots can never be used by public players.
