General Description of the gamemode:
It's 2v2, one soldier one medic. Standard King of the hill, hold the point for x time.
Great for practicing your pocketing/dodging/aiming/teamwork.
Why is this better than MGE: MGE focuses mainly to deathmatch skills, whilist ultiduo helps training gamesense , eg. when to go for the point, importance of positioning, how to deal with agression etc..

Not many ultiduo servers out there(most of them are in the us anyways), so would be great to have one.

Ultiduo could be fun, however I don't think it would be used frequent enough.

 

This will be less populated than the MGE server. Fact is 6v6's are dying just like 2v2's did and Highlander is taking over.

Take a look at etf2l, 6v6 is still the main factor in it, however highlander IS getting more and more attention. But CEVO is launching a new (free) 6v6 league, we have ESEA aswell. 6v6 won't die for 2-3 years. 2v2 is still up and running. Just look at etf2l's ultiduo cup, atleast a good hundred or two players still play and wanting to play 2v2 because it's still fun. Less populated than the mge server? Last week I dueled doc.Stark on our mge server (he's prem) and I see people there from time to time. But, there are a couple thousand mge servers out there, so most players play there. As I said before ultiduo servers are rare, so we could expect more players than the mge server.

If you still stick to your point, then you don't know shit about the tf2 comp scene. Also your argument is invalid.

I see your point, but Dark said there are plenty of server space left and it wouldn't hurt to have one. I and some of my friends would definitely use it, and maybe some randomers would too.

Here? Not sure. I could say a couple names from GM and the community who would, but some other people could join too have some fun.

I let myself get talked into competing in some ultiduo tourney, wouldn't mind a server to practice.
I can't speak for how many people will use it, have limited knowledge about ultiduo servers and that part of the community.
So unless it's too much trouble to set up, it could always be taken down again if it doesn't work out
